Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully, as booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. 1. Booking and Payment Payment Due at Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable thereafter. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes based on availability at no charge if rescheduled 30 days in advance. Otherwise, a 50% fee may apply. Cancellations: All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If we rebook your date, we may offer a partial credit. 3. Coordination Responsibilities Timeline Creation: The coordinator will create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, including vendor arrival times, ceremony details, and reception flow. This timeline must be confirmed 7 days prior to the wedding. Vendor Coordination: Our coordinator will liaise with your vendors on the day of the event to ensure everyone is on schedule and working together seamlessly. Guest Management: The coordinator will assist with guest coordination, including seating arrangements and timing for special events during the reception. 4. Client Responsibilities Communication: It is important that you communicate any specific requests or details to the coordinator leading up to the wedding. Access and Permissions: Ensure that the coordinator has access to the venue and any necessary permissions are obtained for setup and event flow. 5. Limitation of Liability Waiver of Liability: B. Remembered is not liable for any accidents or damages during the wedding. By booking, you release us from any related claims. Service Quality: While we strive to deliver a flawless experience, factors beyond our control, such as weather and venue restrictions, may affect the event. By booking this package, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
