Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Full Payment Due at Booking: To confirm your proposal shoot, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided we receive at least 24 hrs’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $250 fee. Cancellations: Since payment is non-refundable, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. In cases of severe weather or an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. 3. Image Delivery and Usage Delivery Timeline: Edited images and raw files will be delivered through an online gallery within 4 weeks of the session. The gallery remains accessible for 14 days; please download and back up your images within this period, as B. Remembered does not store images long-term. Personal Use License: You are granted a personal-use license, allowing you to share and print the images for personal use. For commercial use, please contact us for licensing terms. Photographer’s Portfolio Rights: B. Remembered and the photographer reserve the right to use select images from your session for promotional purposes, such as social media and portfolios. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please inform us in writing at booking. 4. Artistic Discretion and Surprise Coordination Editing and Style: B. Remembered photographers apply their unique style to all images. Further revisions on delivered photos are not available. Surprise Coordination: We are happy to coordinate with you in advance for a smooth, discreet experience. While we strive to capture beautiful images, factors like weather, lighting, and surroundings may affect the results. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed beyond our high standard. 5. Client Responsibilities Punctuality and Preparation: Please arrive on time, as delays may reduce session time without a discount or extension. Final details should be confirmed with the photographer before the session. Props and Personal Items: You are welcome to bring props, but B. Remembered is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 6. Limitation of Liability Waiver: B. Remembered and its photographers are not liable for accidents or damages. Booking releases us from any claims related to the session. Photo Quality: We strive for high-quality images, though lighting and weather conditions may affect results.
