The Full-Day Videography Package is built for couples who want comprehensive, start-to-finish coverage of their wedding day—with a full suite of professional edits that bring every moment to life. With eight hours of filming, you’ll have plenty of time to capture everything from the excitement of getting ready to the cheers during your reception. This package also includes a dedicated edit of your full ceremony and toasts—so you can relive those once-in-a-lifetime moments exactly as they happened. Cancellation Policy
Wedding Videography Package Details Videographer(s): 1 or more professional videographers dedicated to capturing your special moments. Coverage Duration: Number of hours of videography, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. Videos Provided: Edited Highlights Video: A selection of key moments edited into a highlights video delivered via a secure online link. Full-Length Video: The complete recording of the ceremony and other key events, delivered upon request. 1. Booking and Payment Payment Due at Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable thereafter. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes based on availability at no charge if rescheduled 30 days in advance. Otherwise, a 50% fee may apply. Cancellations: All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If we rebook your date, we may offer a partial credit. 3. Video Delivery and Usage Delivery Timeline: Edited highlights will be delivered within 4 weeks via an online link. The full-length video will also be provided within the same timeframe. Please download promptly, as we do not store videos long-term. Personal Use License: Videos are for personal use; contact us for commercial use. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to use selected video clips for promotion unless you request otherwise in writing. 4. Artistic Discretion and Shot List Editing Style: Final videos reflect the videographer's unique style; no further edits are provided. Shot List: We’ll accommodate specific requests but cannot guarantee every shot due to time and other factors. 5. Client Responsibilities Timeline Coordination: Provide a detailed wedding day timeline at least 7 days in advance. Permissions: Secure videography permissions at your venues and notify us of any restrictions. Guest Cooperation: Please ask guests not to obstruct the videographer(s) during important moments. 6. Limitation of Liability Waiver of Liability: B. Remembered is not liable for any accidents or damages during the wedding. By booking, you release us from any related claims. Video Quality: We strive for high-quality footage, but environmental factors may affect results. By booking this package, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
