Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Full Payment Due at Booking: To secure your date and time, payment in full is required upon booking. This payment is non-refundable. Due to high demand, we cannot hold session dates without full payment. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via [list accepted methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer]. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once with at least [24 hours’] notice. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. Any further rescheduling requests will incur a fee of [$250]. Cancellations: Full payments are non-refundable. In the case of severe weather or emergency circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional charge. 3. Image Delivery and Usage Delivery Timeline: You will receive your edited images and all raw files through an online gallery within [4 weeks] of the session. You will have access to this gallery for [14 days/weeks], during which time we recommend downloading and backing up your images. B. Remembered is not responsible for storing images beyond the specified access period. Personal Use License: You are granted a personal-use license for all images, which means you may share, print, and enjoy these images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written consent from us. Photographer’s Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to use select images from your session for promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing when booking. 4. Artistic Discretion Editing and Style: B. Remembered photographers apply their unique style and expertise to all final images. We do not offer further revisions on delivered photos. Session Environment: While we aim to deliver beautiful, high-quality images, factors such as weather, lighting, and location may affect results. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes beyond our standard quality. 5. Client Responsibilities Arrive on Time: Please arrive punctually to maximize your session time, as delays will reduce the available time without a discount or extension. Props and Attire: You are encouraged to bring props or personal items. However, B. Remembered is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 6. Limitation of Liability B. Remembered and its photographers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the session. By booking, you agree to release us from any liability related to the session.
